Cooper Rush is Cowboys' sole injured player.

In preparation for their wild-card playoff game against the Packers on Sunday, the Cowboys are in the best possible state of health it is possible for them to be in. A designation is only carried by one player at a time.

Cooper Rush, the team's backup quarterback, was included in the practice report that was released on Friday.

The organization listed him as doubtful due to an illness. He did not engage in any form of practice.

At this point in the season, Rush has participated in 69 mop-up duty snaps. Currently, Trey Lance is the third quarterback for the club.

The cornerback position Over the course of two consecutive days, Stephon Gilmore (shoulder) participated in a restricted practice. 

 In order to protect his dislocated shoulder, it is asked of him to play while wearing a harness.

Tyler Smith, a left guard, will make his comeback after missing Week 18 due to a foot injury. On Friday, he had a full practice schedule.

Aside from safety Malik Hooker, defensive end Dorance Armstrong, defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins, and defensive end Dorance Armstrong all have ankle injuries but are healthy enough to play.
