The monsoon diet: what foods to consume and what foods to stay away from during the wet season

In the rain, we love delicious pakoras and samosas. But too much of these fatty and spicy delights might cause bloating. Rainy season stomach troubles are typical since dampness inhibits metabolism. Also, our stomach has trouble absorbing nutrients from meals.
